Kristen Mariuzza

Kristen Mariuzza, PE, GCB.D, currently serves as the Vice President of Sustainability at Alcoa since January 2024. Previously, Kristen held several significant roles at Lundin Mining Corporation, including Senior Vice President of Sustainability, Health & Safety, and Vice President of Environment & Social Performance from January 2020 to August 2023. Kristen's career includes a tenure as General Manager and Managing Director at Eagle Mine, as well as Environmental & Permitting Manager at both Eagle Mine and Rio Tinto. Kristen began a professional consulting practice as an Independent Consultant prior to joining Eagle Mine, and earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Environmental Engineer at the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality. Kristen earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University and completed the Competent Boards Certificate Program in 2020.
