Chief Communications And Service Experience Officer at Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario

Philippe Serruya has a wide range of work experience, starting in 1993 as a Publicity Assistant at Sullivan Entertainment. Philippe later worked as a Communications Coordinator/Project Coordinator at the Cable Production Fund, where they managed communication activities and published various materials. In 1996, Serruya became the Manager of Communications at the Canadian Television Fund, where they set up a new communications department and supervised a team. Philippe then served as the Director of Communications at the Canadian Television Fund until 2005, creating and implementing communication and public relations plans. From 2005 to 2016, Serruya worked as the Manager of Communications and Public Affairs at the Education Quality and Accountability Office, leading all communication efforts. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Communications and Service Experience Officer at The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

Philippe Serruya has a diverse education history. In 1990 to 1993, they attended Ryerson University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Radio and Television Arts. While studying at Ryerson, Philippe also attended Institut Teccart in 1992 and obtained a Certificat de production de vidéo, specializing in video production. Later, in 2011, they engaged in a Reputation Management & Certification Program at The Reputation Institute.
