Ruby W. has extensive experience in compliance and risk management across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead, Technical Writer (Technology Risks and Standards) and Lead, iGaming Compliance at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario since January 2022, Ruby previously worked as a Compliance Inspector at the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) from August 2019 to January 2022. Prior roles include Senior Compliance Officer at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) from March 2014 to August 2019, and Senior Consultant in Risk Consulting - IT Advisory at KPMG Canada from November 2009 to March 2014. Ruby began a career in trust accounting at IFDS, progressing from Trust Accountant to Team Leader in the Trust Accounting Department between April 2007 and November 2009. Ruby holds a Canadian Risk Management Certificate and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Toronto.
