Patricia McKiernan Rivers

Patricia McKiernan Rivers, MS, PMP, CCMP, currently serves as the Head of the R&D Strategic Program Office and Director of Global R&D Learning and Professional Development at Alcon. Previous roles include Director and Associate Director of Operations at Merck, as well as Associate Director and Manager of PharmSci Documentation at Schering-Plough Research Institute. Patricia also held the position of Quality Manager at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and began their career as a Laboratory Associate at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
