Prior to this role, Brandon held the position of Vice President of Operations for South Texas at Frontier Management, LLC from May 2022 to September 2023. From June 2021 to May 2022, Brandon was the Executive Director at Heartis Clear Lake, also under Frontier Management. Brandon's earlier roles include Executive Director at Senior Lifestyle from November 2018 to July 2021 and Director of Operations at Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation from April 2011 to November 2018. Brandon began the career in hospitality at White Lodging, where the role was Associate General Manager from August 2005 to April 2011.
