Dakota McCarty

Dakota McCarty is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as an Information Technology System Administrator at AlertMedia since January 2022, Dakota provides support for a variety of software tools including Azure AD, Atlassian Suite, Open AI, G Suite, Slack, and Zoom, while also implementing backend automations using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Jira Automations. Previously, Dakota worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at Vantage Health Plan from May 2018 to November 2021, where responsibilities included supporting IT services in a high-pressure environment, and as an IT Support Technician at St. Francis Medical Center from March 2017 to January 2018, focusing on hardware support and the assembly of WOWs. Dakota holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
