Phil McCusker is the Director and Trustee at Pump House Theatre and Arts Centre in Watford since November 2022. Additionally, Phil works as a Theatre Technician at Alexandra Palace and Park since August 2022. With a background in engineering, Phil has been with Transport for London since December 2006, currently serving as the Signal Maintenance Manager - LUL for the Baker Street location. Phil also holds the position of Editor in Chief at Fueltopia since June 2009. Phil's career at Transport for London began as an Engineering Apprentice from April 2002 to October 2005.

Alexandra Palace is a venue like no other and has been innovating and entertaining visitors since 1873. Today the Park and Palace are run by a charity – the Alexandra Park and Palace Charitable Trust – which continues this mission by hosting a programme of culture, leisure and learning, as well as continuing to care for and restore the listed Palace and award-winning park.
