Luis Diaz

Luis Diaz has a diverse work experience in various roles and responsibilities. Luis began their career as a Quality Engineer at GE, where they focused on ensuring products met high-quality standards. Later, at Indra, they worked in international purchasing, subcontracting, and partnerships, managing the subcontracting process and providing technical support. Luis then joined Alfa Laval, where they held multiple positions, including Vice President of Business Unit Decanters and Head of Engineering & Supply, leading a large multicultural team. Luis also served as the Head of Connected Services, spearheading the creation of a new digital business line. Additionally, they were the Vice President of Business Unit Decanters and Head of Industrial Water & Waste, responsible for developing and managing this business division. Throughout their career, Luis Diaz has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong track record of driving business growth and success.

Luis Diaz has a diverse education history. Luis completed an Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA from IE Business School in 2007 and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio in 2006. Luis also holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade de Vigo, which they completed in 2004. Additionally, they have language certifications, including German A.2.2. Level from Goethe-Institute obtained in 2010 and a Certificate of Advanced English from Cambridge University obtained in 1997.
