Ahmed Hamedelneil is an experienced IT professional with a background in network engineering and technical support. Currently serving as a Network Engineer at AL Fahim Group since April 2012, Ahmed excels in Help Desk Operations, providing first-level support, analyzing and resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining service delivery standards. Prior experience includes on-site support engineering for the Dubai RTA Project at Wipro Middle East, desktop support at Waves Technology, and HR administration at Elie Group Holdings. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, earned between 2003 and 2007.
