Boris Parke is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as Chief Technical Officer at JITpay™ Group since April 2022, Boris Parke oversees group-wide software development strategy, enterprise architecture, and cloud transformation initiatives utilizing Amazon AWS. Previously, as Interim Head of ICT Services, Boris Parke directed the strategy for IT infrastructure and operations, focusing on Microsoft Azure and Office 365. Prior roles include Chief Technical Officer and Lead Java Developer at Denkformat GmbH & Co. KG, where contributions included solution architecture and product design, as well as significant involvement in business analytics and product migrations. Boris Parke also directed software engineering at WKS Winter Kommunikation Software GmbH for nearly 17 years, specializing in technology upgrades and solution architecture.

Welcome to JITpay™! We are a fast-growing and internationally active payment service provider specialising in the logistics industry. Founded in 2016, the JITpay™ Group digitises the billing and payment processes in logistics. We take over the complete service settlement between client and contractor and combine this with a specially developed (transport company) factoring programme, which enables immediate payment of the contractors as well as flexible payment terms for the clients. We have our own fully digital factoring company and an integrated SaaS transport management system for our customers. We currently employ over 100 people with offices in Braunschweig (DE), Breslau (PL), Basel (CH) and Bukarest (RO).
