Currently serving as a Client Executive at Align HCM since January 2024, Michelle previously held various roles at UKG from October 2012 to December 2023, including HCM & WFM Sales Executive and Executive Relationship Manager for Ultimate Software. Prior experience includes positions at Workday as an HCM Solution Consultant and at ADP, Inc. as a Solutions Consultant. Michelle's early career involved roles in human resources at Stereotaxis, KSDK-TV NewsChannel 5, Munder Capital Management, and DATAIR Employee Benefit Systems, where duties encompassed administration, benefits, and compensation management. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National Louis University and an Associate of Science in Nursing from the College of DuPage. Further education was conducted at Northern Illinois University.
