Julia Serce Silfan

Julia Serce Silfan has extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business development, currently serving as Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager at Align Technology since February 2015. Julia has also held various roles at Align, including Senior Strategic Business Development Manager and Regional Account Manager, receiving recognition such as the 2020 Special Markets Presidents Club Recipient and the 2019 Special Markets Leadership Award. Prior to Align, Julia worked at Colgate Palmolive as a Territory Manager and Oral Care Consultant, and at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a Professional Sales Representative, where notable achievements included winning a Presidents Club Award trip. Julia began her career at Enterprise Rent A Car as an Assistant Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills. Additionally, Julia operated as a self-employed violin teacher from 1998 to 2005 and holds a degree in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo.
