Kpinzie Soro has extensive experience in finance and human resources within international medical and humanitarian organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Finance Operation Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at ALIMA since February 2019, Kpinzie has previously held various roles at the same organization, including Coordinator of Finance and Human Resources from February 2016 to December 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Administrative and Financial Coordinator and Administrative Delegate at Croix-Rouge française between 2013 and 2015, as well as financial and human resources coordinator and field administrator at Médecins Sans Frontières from 2010 to 2013. Kpinzie started a career in administration as National Administrator at Terre des Hommes Italia from January 2009 to April 2010. Kpinzie holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences from Université de Bouaké and a BAC from Lycée Municipal Korhogo.
