Carol Bowes Lawlor

Carol Bowes Lawlor is an experienced medical professional currently serving as Senior Director of Field Medical and Lybalvi Field Strategy Lead at Alkermes since January 2017. With a strong background in the CNS therapeutic area, Carol has previously held positions such as National Director, Field Medical - Northeast and Medical Science Director. In addition to roles at Alkermes, Carol serves as District 10 Chairperson for the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association and as a Board of Trustees Member for the American Osteopathic Association, where Carol contributes as a Pennsylvania Delegate. Carol has also worked as Medical Director at St. Joseph's Villa, overseeing a large healthcare facility, and has experience as Pennsylvania Director for Novo Nordisk, focusing on diabetes education. A board-certified family practice physician, Carol obtained a DO from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is currently pursuing an MBA in Health Administration from Saint Joseph's University.
