Laura Johnson

Laura Johnson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as Executive Director at Alkermes since March 2019, Laura leads a team that supports various commercial field functions, including Incentive Compensation and Omni-channel initiatives. Prior roles at Alkermes include Senior Director of Field Operations and National Sales Director. Laura's career also includes significant positions at Genzyme Sanofi, where revenue growth in the Midwest was achieved as the Region Sales Director, and Inteflex, providing strategic consulting on sales force effectiveness. Earlier experiences at Pfizer and Bristol-Myers Squibb involved leading teams to exceed sales targets and developing training programs. Laura holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
