Tyler has helped grow the Pharmaceutical division since Day 1. She took a chance on a less known industry at the time and has grown it to a highly successful with a record-breaking start-up group to accompany it. She has developed arguably the deepest recruiting team in the company. In addition, Tyler always has a positive attitude, no matter the situation. She has handled the largest recruiting team ALKU has ever seen, all with a smile on her face. Her devotion to her employees is unmatched. As the Senior Pharmaceutical Recruiting Manager, Tyler is responsible for managing the recruiting activities of both the Pharmaceutical QVC and Pharmaceutical AR&D teams to ensure continuous growth.
