Jennifer D McClain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic opportunity, wealth building, and leadership development. Currently serving as Senior Director at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation since March 2007, Jennifer has also held roles as CEO and Founder of Mission ENSPIRE, LLC, and as a facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative since July 2022, empowering underrepresented groups through workshops. In 2019, Jennifer was an Economic Opportunity Fellow at the Aspen Institute's Chicagoland Workforce Leadership Academy, focusing on equitable strategies for low-wage workers. Early in the career at Abraham Lincoln Centre, Jennifer held various positions related to program support and data management. Academic credentials include an MBA and MPA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, a Kellogg Executive Scholar certificate from Northwestern University, and a BS in Computer Science from Dillard University.
