Martin Lehman is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in several high-profile companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at All-Fab Group since May 2022, Martin previously held the same title at Nexom from July 2020 to May 2022. Martin's extensive experience at Boeing spanned over eight years, where key roles included Director of the 777X Composite Wing Center and various director positions in emergent operations and manufacturing. Earlier in Martin's career, significant contributions were made at Cytec as Director of Operations Improvement Centre of Excellence and at The Dow Chemical Company in multiple engineering and leadership roles. Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Management from McMaster University, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
