Greg Shannon

Greg Shannon is an experienced executive in operations management with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Greenhouse since December 2024, Greg specializes in strategic planning and operational excellence. Previously, as a self-employed independent executive from January 2017 to December 2024, innovative solutions were developed to address supply chain, manufacturing, and packaging challenges. Notable past positions include Director of Operations at Pacific Cheese Co., where responsibilities encompassed managing two manufacturing plants, as well as holding roles in supply chain and logistics along with manufacturing. Earlier experience as Plant Manager at Ryan Coffee Co. and Operations Manager at Wiman Beverage Company involved significant enhancements in production efficiency and productivity. Greg holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bristol University.
