Rachel Williamson Morris is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in investment banking and financial services. Currently serving as a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch since August 2009, Rachel also contributes to the community as a Board Member for Minds Matter Southern California and as a Member of the Board of Trustees for All For Kids. Prior experience includes a position in Financial Restructuring Investment Banking at Houlihan Lokey and serving as Vice President at National City Bank. Rachel holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Bradley University and an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
