Mike Roma

Mike Roma possesses extensive experience in aerospace, manufacturing, and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at AllClear Aerospace & Defense since June 2020, Roma previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation from November 2014 to May 2020. Notable roles at Rexnord from September 2009 to October 2014 include Vice President/General Manager, Interim General Manager/Business Integration Leader, and Director of Operations. Roma began a diverse career at GE from January 2004 to September 2009, advancing through multiple leadership positions in lean operations and new product introductions. Roma earned an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business (2011-2013) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton (1999-2003).
