Amy Stoker, PhD, RN, currently serves as the Director of the AHN Schools of Nursing at Citizens and West Penn under Allegheny Health Network, a position held since January 2016. Prior roles include Visiting Professor at Chamberlain University and Education Development Specialist at Allegheny Health Network West Penn Hospital. Stoker’s experience in nursing education began at UPMC Shadyside School of Nursing, where Stoker worked as an Advanced Educator and Coordinator of the Complex Health Nursing Course. Early in Stoker's career, significant clinical experience was gained as a Staff and Charge Nurse in the CCU/MICU at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Stoker earned a PhD in Nursing Education and Curriculum Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Master's in Nursing Education from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Duquesne University.
