Rebecca Henry, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in various human resources roles in the hospitality and casino industries. Rebecca currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Allegiant. Prior to this, Rebecca worked at companies like Zappos Family of Companies, Wynn Las Vegas Casino & Resort, Wynn Macau, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Bellagio Casino & Resort. Rebecca graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. Degree in Human Resources and holds certifications from the HR Certification Institute.
