Ramya Kamath

Ramya Kamath is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in company secretarial and finance roles. Currently serving as Company Secretary & Senior Finance Associate at Allegion India Private Limited since June 2016, Ramya also holds the position of Company Secretary at Allegion, PLC since January 2015. Prior to this, Ramya worked as an Article Trainee at ASA & Associates LLP from December 2010 to December 2014. Educational qualifications include a certification course on Women Directors, a Diploma in Internal Audit, an Associate Company Secretary designation, a Post Graduation in Business Administration from the University of Mysore, a Post Graduation in International Business Operations from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Mount Carmel Institute of Management. Additionally, Ramya is pursuing the CA Final designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
