Shadow Fei

Shadow Fei is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and supply chain management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Operational Excellence and Total Supply Chain Management at Allegion, PLC, since July 2014, Shadow Fei has cultivated a robust background in strategically planning and implementing process improvements across manufacturing and commercial environments in the Asia Pacific region. Previous roles include serving as AP Business Process Leader at Ingersoll Rand, where responsibilities encompassed leading operational excellence initiatives and driving productivity improvements, and managing order processing and sales, inventory, and operations planning as AP Order Process & SIOP Manager. Shadow Fei's career commenced in 1998 at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, followed by contributions at Weatherford. Shadow Fei holds a Master’s degree in Supply Engineering and Logistics from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
