Carlos Umil

Carlos Umil is a New Product Introduction Engineer at Allegro MicroSystems, with experience in process engineering focusing on end-of-line processes, including laser marking and packing, since May 2018. Prior to this role, Carlos worked at AMKOR Technology Philippines from August 2009 to the present, contributing to significant projects such as the development of extreme high-density leadframes and ultra-high-density leadframes. Carlos is responsible for providing technical support to ensure process conformance, optimize yield capacity, and maintain high product quality and reliability. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Test Technician at Tong Hsing Electronics Phils., Inc. Carlos holds a degree from Mapúa University.
