Gary Thomas Pepka

Gary Thomas Pepka, Esq. is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in corporate law and contract negotiation. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Allegro MicroSystems since July 1997, Gary has held various roles including Senior Counsel and Contracts Manager, specializing in analyzing, drafting, and negotiating corporate contracts. Additionally, from March 2014 to May 2017, Gary owned the Law Office of Gary T. Pepka, providing transactional law services to individuals and small to mid-size businesses. Gary holds a Juris Doctor in Corporate Law from Massachusetts School of Law and a Master’s degree in Global Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
