Ann Robertson

Ann Robertson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Shake Shack since November 2019, Ann has previously held significant roles including Associate General Counsel, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Belmond from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, Ann was Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Saks Incorporated from 2009 to 2014. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at First Solar and Time Warner Inc. and Counsel/Associate at Hogan Lovells from 1995 to 2006.
