Alain R'bibo

Alain R'bibo is a Partner specializing in Real Estate Transactions at Allen Matkins since April 2006, focusing on commercial real estate transactions, including advising clients on acquisition, disposition, leasing, and operation of various property types nationwide. Prior to this role, Alain served as an Associate at Danning, Gill, Diamond & Kollitz, LLP from December 2002 to February 2006, where significant litigation experience was gained in commercial and bankruptcy proceedings. This included drafting motions, conducting depositions, and negotiating bankruptcy claims. Alain began legal career as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Lawrence W. Crispo at the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2001. Alain holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School and a Dual B.A. in Philosophy and Jewish Studies from UCLA.
