Ken Sobajima

Ken Sobajima is the Founder and CEO of Tomorrow Access, a company dedicated to facilitating business collaborations between the US and Japan since April 2021. In addition to leading Tomorrow Access, Ken serves as a Venture Partner at MS&AD Ventures and provides advisory roles at anifie and Dive Co., Ltd. Ken is actively involved in mentoring through various programs, including the Founder Institute and APT Women Tokyo, as well as participating in the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator and the Shido Program. Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science from The University of Osaka and became a Professional Member at IAP Career College in March 2023, specializing in executive coaching.
