Marco Neuhaus

Marco Neuhaus serves as a Venture Partner at Motive Ventures since June 2025, focusing on early-stage financial technology investments in North America and Europe. Currently, Marco is also the CIO & CPO at IANUA Market Limited, a B2B co-investment community, where a strong emphasis is placed on automated investment decision-making for over 500 members. Previous roles include Advisor to the Board of Directors at GenTwo, Co-Founder, COO & CFO at Elinvar, and various venture partner positions at finleap, Vane, and PAIR Finance. Early career experiences include leadership positions in fixed income at Ampega and global markets at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. Marco holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Mannheim and a Master's in Global Market Economics from the London School of Economics, with further executive education from MIT.
