Jamie Davis is a seasoned leader in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Alliance Building Services since May 2017. With a focus on comprehensive facility-related services, Jamie contributes to the company's standing as an industry leader in the New York Tri-State area. Previously, Jamie held the role of Vice President at SHRM LI, where efforts were directed towards advancing the HR profession through educational initiatives and resource development. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Vice President at Lloyd Staffing and President at Perfect Choice Staffing, overseeing operations for a healthcare staffing firm specializing in domestic and international recruitment. Jamie holds a BBA in Management from Hofstra University.
