Chris Schandevel

Chris Schandevel is a Senior Counsel on the Appellate Team at Alliance Defending Freedom, responsible for managing complex appellate litigation and mentoring junior attorneys. Previously, Chris served as Legal Counsel at ADF, representing clients at the appellate level and filing friend-of-the-court briefs. Chris has experience as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals Section of the Virginia Office of the Attorney General and as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Stephen R. McCullough at the Court of Appeals of Virginia. Chris holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Social Work from Harding University.
