Sonia Kim (Pratap) is the Vice President of Evaluation & Impact at Alliance for a Healthier Generation since September 2016. Before that, Sonia worked as a Nutritional Epidemiologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from December 2008 to September 2016. Sonia also served as a Nutrition Policy Fellow, conducting research on nutrition choices and policies. Prior to that, Sonia worked at the University of California Los Angeles as a School Liaison and Staff Research Associate III. Sonia started their career as a Research Assistant at the North Carolina Division of Public Health. Sonia holds a Ph.D. in Nutritional Health Sciences from Emory University and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
