Maaike Walda

Maaike Walda has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Manager of Liander Customer & Control and as HR Business Manager at Alliander since June 2009. Responsibilities include overseeing HRM operations for Liander, which employs 1350 full-time equivalents, as well as asset management and customer service functions. Prior to this, Maaike Walda worked at Nuon from November 1999 to January 2009 in various HR roles, including HR Administratie Manager, where management of all HR administrative activities was a key responsibility, and Teamleider of the HR Administration team for the Customer Care Center, providing senior HR advice for staff departments. Maaike Walda holds an HR Professional degree focused on HR Business Partner from SIOO, completed in 2008, and an engineering degree in Technical Business Administration from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 1999.
