Alan Rutkowski

Alan Rutkowski is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Manager of Substation Technical Support at Alliant Energy since May 2006, where responsibilities include managing Relay, Electrical, and Telecom technicians in Wisconsin. Alan has also held the position of Lead Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, focusing on applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and mentoring green belt candidates. Additionally, Alan managed technical sales support for a strategic account team at Alliant Energy, overseeing a diverse group of engineers. Prior to Alliant Energy, Alan was a Senior Product Manager at Fiskars from May 1998 to June 2002. Alan holds an MBA from Marquette University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
