Heather Duttweiler

Heather Duttweiler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global learning, program management, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of AllianzU Global Programs at Allianz since August 2014, Heather leads a team focused on cross-functional global learning and leadership development for the life and health business. Previous roles at Allianz include Learning Technology Expert and Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, where significant contributions were made towards building a strong learning culture and promoting inclusive practices. Prior to Allianz, Heather worked at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München as a Teaching Assistant and Analyst for Instructional Quality, and held various program management and coordination positions at the Montgomery YMCA. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology/Learning Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology.
