Sara Harmelin has diverse work experience in various industries. Sara is currently the Vice President of Portfolio Development at Allied Beverage Group since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Digital & Innovation at the same company from March 2021 to September 2023. Sara also worked in sales and marketing at Allied Beverage Group from July 2016 to March 2021.
Before joining Allied Beverage Group, Sara worked as a Freelance Wholesale Sales at ONWARD LUXURY GROUP SPA from June 2015 to June 2016. Sara also served as a Market Representative for Women's, Men's, and Accessory Merchandising at NY Fashion Office from July 2015 to February 2016.
In the fashion industry, Sara worked as an Associate Buyer for Accessories & Trend Analysis at Caché, Inc. from May 2013 to March 2015. Sara also gained experience as an Assistant Buyer at Joan Shepp from November 2012 to May 2013. Furthermore, they worked as a Brand Ambassador for Stella McCartney at Saks Fifth Avenue from February 2010 to October 2012, and as a Manager at Juicy Couture from August 2008 to February 2010.
Prior to their career in the fashion industry, Sara held positions in the entertainment industry. Sara served as a Director of Television at Landscape Entertainment from August 2006 to September 2007. Sara also worked as a Manager of Television at Silver Pictures from August 2005 to August 2006, and as a Creative Executive at FX Network from February 2003 to July 2005.
Sara Harmelin has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications from Cornell University. Sara also obtained an A.A. degree in Merchandise Marketing from FIDM, where they studied from 2007 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Sara has earned certifications in 200Hr Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Vida NYC in October 2020 and Women In Leadership from Columbia University in the City of New York in June 2019.
