Prior roles include the establishment of a regional Project Office, leading operational excellence projects in Central America and the Caribbean, and managing international projects for MetLife at Conduent. Carlos has also held supervisory and managerial positions at Capgemini and Quick Photo, demonstrating a strong background in KPI management and retail administration. Carlos holds a Master in Business Administration from Universidad Mesoamericana and a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
