James Richardt

James Richart is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in service operations and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the IT Service Operations Manager at Allison Transmission since June 2018, James oversees IT application and infrastructure service operations. Prior to this role, James was the IT Service Delivery Manager at Allison Transmission, focusing on IT infrastructure management. James also worked at IBM Corporation from March 2002 to May 2018 as an IT Service Availability Manager. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Evansville, earned between 1980 and 1988.
