Jody Petery

Jody Petery is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in military operations and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Director of International Defense Programs at Allison Transmission since June 2016, Jody previously held significant roles, including Assistant Commandant for Outreach and Advancement at the United States Army War College and Director of Operations at the U.S. Defense Representative to Pakistan. Notable positions also encompassed director and chief roles at the Peacekeeping and Stability Operations Institute, where Jody oversaw interagency training and collaboration. With a strong educational background including a Master's in Military Strategy from the USAWC and a Master's in ORSA/Economics from the Colorado School of Mines, Jody’s career reflects a robust commitment to defense operations, strategic foresight, and collaborative military engagement.
