Michaela Cline is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in international HR operations and business partnering within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Manager of International HR Operations at Allison Transmission, Michaela has held various leadership roles, including Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner, focusing on recruitment, talent development, and workforce planning. Prior experience includes a strategic role at Textron Aviation, where Michaela supported over 700 employees and managed compensation planning, employee engagement initiatives, and talent integration efforts. Michaela began a career in HR with hands-on experience at Alcoa, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business.
