Rick Hartley

Rick Hartley is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Client Advisor for Insurance Solutions at Allspring Global Investments since November 2021. With a strong background in insurance investment solutions, Rick previously held various leadership roles at Wells Fargo, including SVP and Client Advisor, where the focus was also on creating tailored investment solutions. Earlier in Rick's career, experience included roles at Vanguard as an Associate. Rick holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
