Deb Sokol

Deb Sokol is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in privacy compliance and eCommerce law. Since April 2019, Sokol has served as Senior Managing Counsel and Senior Privacy Counsel at Allstate. Prior to this role, Sokol was acting North American Chief Privacy Officer at Citi from May 2016 to April 2019. Other notable positions include Senior Corporate Counsel at W.W. Grainger, Attorney at Axiom, General Attorney at AT&T Mobility, Associate at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP, and Assistant Corporate Counsel for the City of Chicago Department of Law. Sokol holds a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA in Anthropology from the University of Michigan.
