Paula Dragu has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Paula is currently working at Allyis as a Learning Delivery Lead, where they oversee and administers the Onboarding Training Programs for Microsoft's global internal audience. Prior to this, they worked at PTC as a Training Program Coordinator, where they established and maintained relationships with key stakeholders, drove learning platform sessions, and managed training deliveries. Before that, they were a Senior Technical Enablement Coordinator at PTC, responsible for coordinating regional and country-specific trainings.
