Yael Friedman has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and purchasing. Yael started their career at Lumenis in 2001 as a Senior Buyer, and then later became the Purchasing Manager, overseeing a staff of eight buyers/planners and managing procurement of significant amounts of money. In 2008, they joined Marvell Israel Ltd. as the Purchasing Manager, responsible for contractual negotiations and indirect procurement activities. Yael joined Alma Lasers in 2014 as a Purchasing Director, and gradually climbed the ladder, eventually becoming the Vice President of Global Supply Chain. Yael held various roles at Alma Lasers, including Senior Director Supply Chain and Vice President Supply Chain.
Yael Friedman completed an MBA in Business Management from the University of Derby from 1999 to 2001.
