Ali Alqahtani

Ali Alqahtani has over two decades of experience in administration and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Administration & Nationalization at Almarai since December 2011, where a comprehensive administration strategy was designed and implemented to enhance employee support and align with corporate objectives. Previously, Ali held the position of Director of Training Department at the Public Pension Agency, overseeing strategic training initiatives. Ali’s leadership roles extend to memberships in several professional organizations including the Saudi Committee for Labor Market and the GCC Board Directors Institute, and as Chairman of the Saudi Human Resources Society. Ali possesses advanced degrees in Business Administration and Leadership from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and the University of Bradford.
