Sharmin Holla

Sharmin Holla is an experienced healthcare operations leader, currently serving as the Head of Clinical Operations at Almond ObGyn from December 2023 to April 2024. Previously, Sharmin held the position of VP of Enterprise Clinical Operations at Carbon Health from June 2018 to January 2023 and was also VP of Clinical Operations during that time. From July 2013 to June 2018, Sharmin served as the Chief Operating Officer at Direct Urgent Care. Earlier in the career, Sharmin was Chief Scribe in the Emergency Department at Scribe America from April 2012 to December 2015. Sharmin is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Service Operations at Harvard University, expected to be completed in May 2025, and has completed a Pre-Professional Health Academic Program through Continuing Education at California State University, East Bay from January 2011 to January 2013.
