Daria A.

Daria (Dasha) A. currently serves as the Head of Clinical Operations at Flagler Health, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Daria co-founded Route from August 2022 to November 2023, and held the role of MBA Summer Intern in Marketing & Corporate Strategy at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from May to August 2022, where significant contributions included leading a Holiday FY23 Readiness Assessment and developing a Marketing Sufficiency tool. Earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Business Associate at MAX, where Daria established a client onboarding system, and as a Global Marketing Associate at TOM FORD. Daria holds an MBA in Business Analytics and Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in History from Yale University.
