Elizabeth Grayer is the Chair at The Aloha Foundation. Elizabeth has also served as the interim Executive Director and General Counsel at Every Mother Counts, the President at Legal Momentum, and a partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Elizabeth has spent their career working in the nonprofit sector as an executive, attorney, and consultant. Elizabeth has experience working on finance, investment, and trade issues at the international level with the FILE Foundation. Most recently, they were with the Climate Bonds Initiative where they worked on environmental finance issues.
Elizabeth Grayer received their JD from Harvard Law School and their BA in Philosophy from Amherst College.
